Cool screen savers in KDE

Open the Autostart folder on your desktop, or create a new folder and open it.

• Right click
• Select new
• Select application.
• Name it cool toy
• Right click on the icon you just created
• Select properties
• Select the execute tab
• In the execute box, type in /usr/bin/kspace.kss -inroot &
• Click ok

Now, click the icon and watch.

Some others to try are: Kmatrix.kss kbsod.kss

In case your wondering, these files are the Kdesktop screensavers, and the "-inroot &" command tells it to run as the destop wallpaper.
Becareful which ones you run though, because some of them can really slow you down.
