This program is intended for developers who are studying credit cards algorithms. Don't attempt to use DisCard (or similar programs) to make frauds: nowadays shops and banks check if credit card numbers they receive were actually been issued, before to give a paid service.
Credit card companies tend to lead full scale investigations when their cards are misused, and will make every effort to bust fraudsters.
Carding is a very risky business.

Tested with Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Not checked with American Express, Diners Club,
Carte Blanche, JCB.

Card holder's name and expiry date are not coded into
the card number, thus any name and expiry date can fit any
valid number.

The card security code (CSC), also called Card Verification Data (CVD),
Card Verification Value (CVV or CVV2), Card Verification Value Code (CVVC),
Card Verification Code (CVC or CVC2), Verification Code (V-Code or V Code),
or Card Code Verification (CCV), isn't coded in the card number, either.
