This program is intended for developers who are studying credit cards algorithms. Don't attempt to use DisCard (or similar programs) to make frauds: nowadays shops and banks check if credit card numbers they receive were actually been issued, before to give a paid service.
Credit card companies tend to lead full scale investigations when their cards are misused, and will make every effort to bust fraudsters.
Carding is a very risky business.


Important note If you are looking for a fake credit card number to access adult sites, please avoid troubles: there are several websites that provides such content and doesn't necessarely require a credit card:

Card holder's name and expiry date are not coded into
the card number, thus any name and expiry date can fit any
valid number.
